PayLoyal provides merchant software for UPI payment analytics, customer insights, rewards configuration, and business reporting. Payment processing is provided by regulated third-party payment partners where enabled.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for accurate business/KYC details, lawful use of customer data, honoring rewards they configure, and complying with applicable laws and payment provider terms.

Payments

PayLoyal does not promise production payment availability until payment provider approval, KYC, and bank account setup are complete. Fees and settlement timelines may depend on the selected payment provider.

Service changes

This is an early pilot. Features, pricing, and provider integrations may change as the product develops.
