PayLoyal is a pilot product for small businesses in India. We collect merchant account information, business details, payment metadata, customer identifiers available through payment providers, reward settings, and support messages to provide payment analytics, loyalty features, and reports.

How we use data

We use data to operate the dashboard, classify new and returning customers, generate merchant reports, support rewards, prevent abuse, and meet legal/compliance obligations.

Customer data

Customers do not need to install a PayLoyal app. If rewards require WhatsApp or phone opt-in, we will ask for consent before sending marketing or reward messages.

Data sharing

We may share necessary information with payment processors, infrastructure providers, analytics tools, messaging providers, and legal/regulatory authorities where required.
